The Leuze GS 63B/6-S8 Fork sensor (Part No. 50128011), GS63B/6-S8) is designed for precise detection of non-transparent labels in high-speed industrial applications. Utilizing an infrared LED (940 nm) with a fork design, it ensures accurate sensing of label gaps as small as 2 mm.

With an impressive switching frequency of 10,000 Hz and ultra-fast response time of 0.05 ms, this sensor is ideal for fast conveyor systems. The push-pull transistor output provides flexible integration with various control systems. Its 3 mm fork opening and 61 mm depth allow easy installation in labelling machines.

Built with a robust metal and PC housing and rated IP67, it offers durability in demanding environments. The multiturn potentiometer enables precise adjustment, ensuring reliable and consistent performance.
