1. Eligibility for Returns

The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in its original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is required.
Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or not in resalable condition will not be eligible.

2. Return Timeframe

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
After this period, we cannot accept return requests.

3. Return Process

Contact our support team at support@industryshoppy.in with your order number and product details.
Once verified, you will receive a Return Authorization and instructions.
Ship the item back to us using a reliable courier service.

4. Shipping & Charges

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, return shipping costs (if borne by us) will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider).

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are possible only for the same or similar product (subject to stock availability).
Additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@industryshoppy.in.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verification.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.
