The Telemecanique XMLA160D2S11 Pressure Switch is a robust electromechanical pressure sensor designed for precise monitoring in hydraulic systems. It supports hydraulic oil temperatures from 0 to 160 °C and features a G 1/4 female fluid connection per ISO 228 standards. With a snap-action 1 C/O (SPDT) contact, it detects a single pressure threshold with external adjustment.

Housed in a durable zinc alloy enclosure and rated IP66, the sensor ensures reliable operation in harsh industrial environments. The local display and fixed differential scale allow for straightforward pressure setting and monitoring. It features a piston-type actuator and uses high-resistance materials like steel, FKM, PTFE, and brass for fluid contact.

Designed for control circuits, it supports screw-clamp terminals (AWG 20–14) with a cable gland (9–13 mm). With high resistance to vibration (4 gn) and shock (50 gn), plus compliance with Class I electrical protection, it’s ideal for demanding automation tasks.
