Sick WTB250-2P2441 Photoelectric Sensor

The Sick WTB250-2P2441 Photoelectric Sensor (Part No. 6044682) from SICK is a high-performance sensor with background suppression, designed for precise object detection in industrial automation. With a sensing range of 150 mm to 500 mm, it ensures reliable detection regardless of object color or background variations.

This sensor uses a visible red LED light source with a focused beam (~3° angle) and a 30 mm light spot at 500 mm, delivering accurate and stable sensing performance. It operates on a 10–30 V DC supply and features a PNP output with selectable light/dark switching, making it flexible for different control systems.

Built in a compact rectangular housing (20 × 65 × 43.9 mm), it is made of durable ABS plastic with PMMA optics. The IP67 protection rating ensures resistance to dust and water, making it suitable for harsh environments. With a ≤ 3 ms response time and 160 Hz switching frequency, along with an M12 4-pin connector, this sensor offers easy installation and dependable performance in various applications.
