The Sick KTM-WP11182P Contrast Sensor (1062201) is a compact and highly precise sensing device designed for reliable contrast detection in high-speed industrial applications. Equipped with an RGB LED light source (470 nm, 525 nm, 625 nm), the sensor provides excellent differentiation between colors and contrast marks.

It offers a sensing distance up to 12.5 mm with ±3 mm tolerance, ensuring accurate detection on fast-moving materials such as packaging films, labels, and printed marks. The sensor features a high switching frequency of 15 kHz and ultra-fast response time of 32 µs, making it ideal for high-speed production lines.

Configuration is simple with a teach-in button supporting static and dynamic teach-in modes. The PNP switching output with light/dark mode selection allows flexible integration into automation systems. Built with a durable ABS housing and IP67 protection, the sensor delivers reliable performance in demanding industrial environments.
