Sick IQ12-04BNSKW2S Proximity Sensor

The Sick IQ12-04BNSKW2S Proximity Sensor (1055430) is a compact and reliable sensor designed for accurate detection of metallic objects in industrial automation applications. Featuring a rectangular housing with dimensions of 12 × 40 × 26 mm, it is ideal for installations where space is limited.

The sensor offers a 4 mm sensing range with a safe sensing distance of 3.24 mm, ensuring stable and precise detection performance. It operates on a 10–30 V DC power supply and provides an NPN normally open (NO) switching output, making it compatible with many control and PLC systems.

With a high switching frequency of up to 2,000 Hz, the sensor can handle fast-moving processes efficiently. The durable VISTAL® plastic housing and sensing face provide strong mechanical protection, while the IP68 protection rating ensures reliable operation even in dusty or wet industrial environments.
