Sick GTB6-P1231 Photoelectric Sensor

The Sick GTB6-P1231 Photoelectric Sensor (Part No. 1074135) from SICK is a compact and reliable solution designed for precise object detection in industrial automation. Featuring background suppression technology, it ensures accurate sensing even in challenging environments.

With a sensing range up to 400 mm and a practical operating range of 50 mm to 220 mm, it delivers consistent performance. The sensor uses a PinPoint LED with visible red light (625 nm), offering a focused Ø 6 mm light spot for precise detection. It operates on a 10–30 V DC supply and supports PNP output with light/dark switching, making it versatile for various control systems.

Its fast response time (<1.25 ms) and 500 Hz switching frequency ensure quick detection. Built with IP67 protection, durable ABS/PC housing, and a 2 m cable, it is suitable for harsh industrial conditions.
