Sick GSE6-P4212 Photoelectric Sensor

The Sick GSE6-P4212 Photoelectric Sensor (1061396) is a high-performance through-beam photoelectric sensor engineered for long-range, fast, and reliable object detection in industrial automation.

It provides a sensing range up to 10 m with a maximum range of 15 m, making it ideal for conveyors, packaging lines, and material handling systems. The sensor uses a PinPoint LED with visible red light (650 nm) to ensure precise alignment and stable detection, even over long distances.

With a light spot size of Ø 375 mm at 12 m, the sensor can detect objects accurately across wide areas. It features PNP output, light/dark switching selectable via selector, and an ultra-fast response time of less than 500 µs with a 1,000 Hz switching frequency for high-speed applications. The compact rectangular housing, robust IP67 enclosure, and stainless steel mounting brackets ensure durability and easy installation in harsh industrial environments.
