Sick GL10-P7551 Photoelectric Sensor

The Sick GL10-P7551 Photoelectric Sensor (Part No.: 1069046) from SICK is engineered for reliable detection of challenging objects, especially foil-wrapped or film-covered items. Featuring a dual lens system, it ensures precise sensing even at minimum distances to the reflector, improving accuracy in demanding environments.

With a sensing range up to 12 meters and a PinPoint LED light source (625 nm), this sensor provides high visibility and precise light spot control. The integrated polarizing filter enhances detection reliability by minimizing false signals from reflective surfaces. Its fast response time ≤ 1 ms and 500 Hz switching frequency make it suitable for medium-speed industrial applications.

The sensor operates on 10–30 V DC with PNP output (light switching) and features a rugged IP67-rated housing, ensuring durability in harsh conditions. Supplied with a cable and M12 connector, it allows easy installation and stable performance.
