Panasonic LX-111-P-Z Color Mark Sensor 

The Panasonic LX-111-P-Z Color Mark Sensor (LX111PZ) is a high-performance sensor engineered for precise mark and color detection. It ensures full compliance with EMC and RoHS Directives, making it reliable and environmentally friendly. The sensor features a sensing range of 10 ± 3 mm and operates on a supply voltage of 12 to 24 V DC ±10%, with ripple kept to 10% or less.

Power efficiency is notable, with power consumption of 850 mW or less. In Normal Mode, current consumption is 30 mA or less, while ECO Mode reduces it to 850 mA or less. The mode switching input uses a PNP open-collector transistor supporting up to 50mA source current. Output operation is activated when a mark is detected or color matches.

It boasts a fast response time of 45 μs (Mark Mode) and 150 μs (Color Mode). Designed for durability, the unit offers IP67 protection and includes short-circuit protection.

Constructed with a PBT enclosure, silicone rubber buttons, and a PC lens, it uses Red/Green/Blue LEDs for detection. Operating temperature ranges from -10°C to +55°C, ensuring performance in harsh conditions.
