Panasonic CX-493-P Photoelectric Sensor

The Panasonic CX-493-P Photoelectric Sensor, designed to meet the CE Marking Directive Compliance, offers a sensing range of 5 meters (16.404 ft) and can detect objects with a diameter of Ø50 mm (Ø1.969 in) or more. It ensures reliable operation with a low current consumption of 10 mA or less and operates within a supply voltage range of 12 to 24 V DC, accommodating various industrial settings.

The CX-493-P offers a PNP open-collector transistor output, allowing for flexible integration. Its operation can be switched between Light-ON and Dark-ON modes to suit diverse application needs. It includes incorporated short-circuit protection, ensuring safety during operation, and offers stability indication through orange and green LEDs.
