The NTS WG320240B-FFIVZ0 LCD Module is a 5.7-inch monochrome LCD module from NTS, featuring a QVGA resolution of 320 × 240 pixels. Designed with FSTN (Film Compensated STN) technology, it offers a positive, transflective display mode, making it well-suited for both indoor and outdoor applications under variable lighting conditions. Its white background with blue pixels ensures clear readability in industrial and embedded systems. The active area measures 115.18 × 86.38 mm, while the viewing area is approximately 122 × 92 mm, offering ample display real estate.

This module supports 8-bit or 16-bit parallel MPU interfaces (6800/8080), allowing easy integration with a wide range of microcontroller platforms. Operating on a 5V typical power supply, it includes a white LED backlight that runs between 4.2V and 4.6V, providing uniform illumination. Built for reliability, it performs reliably across a -20°C to +70°C operating temperature range and stores safely between -30°C and +80°C, making it ideal for rugged environments.
