The NTS G321EV5 LCD Module (G321EV5B000)offers a compact, monochrome solution for basic industrial and embedded visual interfaces. Featuring a 320×240 QVGA resolution and a pixel density of 84 PPI, it provides sufficient clarity for text and simple graphical output across a 95.97 × 71.97 mm active area. The display operates on STN Blue Mode (Negative), Transmissive technology, ensuring consistent contrast and visibility under moderate lighting.

With a 130 cd/m² brightness and 3:1 contrast ratio, the screen is ideal for low-complexity HMI applications, such as legacy systems, control panels, or diagnostic equipment. Its response time is rated at 170/190 ms (Tr/Td), suitable for static content and slow transitions. This module uses a 14-pin parallel interface (1ch, 4-bit) and runs on a 5.0V power supply.

Backlit by a CCFL with a 10,000-hour lifespan, it’s best used in environments with moderate temperature control. The display operates from 0°C to 50°C, making it a reliable choice for cost-sensitive and refurbishable solutions.

• At the insertion or removal of the Signal Interface Connector do not rotate or tilt the Interface Connector of the TFT Module. It may damage the panel.
