The Leuze PRK5+BT205M+TKS40x60.A Photoelectric Sensor Set Part No.-50125993 is a compact retro-reflective photoelectric sensor that operates on the reflection principle. It includes a BT 205M sensor head, a TKS 40×60.A reflector, and mounting screws.

With a sensing range of 0.02 to 2.8 m, and up to 4.2 m when used with the TK 40×60.A reflector, the device uses a 620 nm red LED as its light source. It delivers fast response times with a switching frequency of 500 Hz and a 1 ms response time.

The sensor features two PNP transistor outputs — one for light switching, the other for dark switching — and includes polarity reversal and short-circuit protection. It operates on a 10–30 V DC supply, with a maximum current draw of 20 mA.

Housed in a durable black ABS plastic body, the unit has IP67 protection, a 4-wire 2 m cable connection, and an operating temperature range of -40 to 60 °C. Its compact cubic shape (14 × 32.5 × 20.2 mm) makes it suitable for tight-space installations.
