Leuze PRK46C/4P-M12 Photoelectric Sensor

The Leuze PRK46C/4P-M12 Photoelectric Sensor Part No.- 50127012 is a cutting-edge solution for industrial automation. The PRK46/4P-M12 sensor operates based on the reflection principle, offering a guaranteed operating range of 0.1 to 24 meters, extendable to 30 meters in typical conditions when used with a TK(S) 100×100 reflector. Utilizing a 630 nm red LED, it falls within the exempt group according to EN 62471 standards. Electrically, it accommodates a supply voltage (UB) ranging from 10 to 30 V DC with a residual ripple of 0-15% from UB.

The open-circuit current ranges from 0 to 20 mA, and it employs a PNP transistor for both light and dark switching, operating at a frequency of 500 Hz. With compact dimensions of 20.5 mm x 76.3 mm x 44 mm, a 4-pin A-coded connector, and a vibrant red PC-PBT housing weighing 60 grams, it is designed for through-hole mounting. 

The Leuze PRK46C/4P-M12 Photoelectric Sensor is operating in temperatures from -40 to 60 °C during operation and -40 to 70 °C during storage, it excels in diverse environmental conditions while providing a “Signal OUT Voltage supply” function for enhanced functionality.
