Leuze PRK3C.BTT3/LP-M8 Photoelectric Sensor

The Leuze PRK3C.BTT3/LP-M8 Photoelectric Sensor (50133680) is a compact and advanced retro-reflective sensor with autocollimation, specially designed for reliable detection of highly transparent bottles and films. Its integrated tracking function ensures stable performance even with fluctuating environmental conditions or varying object transparency.

With a guaranteed sensing range up to 3 meters (up to 3.6 m typical using reflector), it delivers consistent detection in packaging and conveyor systems. The red LED (635 nm) with pulsed signal enhances accuracy, while the fast 0.33 ms response time and 1,500 Hz switching frequency make it ideal for high-speed applications.

This sensor supports IO-Link communication (COM2), enabling smart diagnostics and easy integration into modern automation systems. It features push-pull outputs with light/dark switching, offering flexible control options. Built in a compact PC-ABS housing with M8 4-pin connector and IP67/IP69K protection, it ensures durability in harsh industrial and washdown environments.
