Leuze PRK18B.1/4P-M12 Photoelectric Sensor

The Leuze PRK18B.1/4P-M12 Photoelectric Sensor (50117359) is a high-performance retro-reflective sensor with autocollimation, designed for reliable detection of bottle containers and transparent objects. It offers a long sensing range up to 6 meters (guaranteed) and 7.2 meters typical, making it suitable for conveyor and packaging applications.

Equipped with a red LED light source (620 nm) and pulsed signal, the sensor ensures stable detection even in challenging conditions. It features dual PNP switching outputs with both light and dark switching modes, providing flexibility in control systems. With a fast response time of 1 ms and 500 Hz switching frequency, it supports high-speed operations efficiently.

The device includes a 270° potentiometer for easy sensitivity adjustment and LED indicators for clear status monitoring. Its rugged diecast zinc housing, glass lens, and IP67/IP69K protection rating ensure durability in harsh industrial and washdown environments.
