Leuze LS318BI/9D Photoelectric Sensor

The Leuze LS318BI/9D Photoelectric Sensor (50132822) is a reliable through beam photoelectric transmitter designed for long-distance and precise object detection in industrial automation systems. With a guaranteed operating range of up to 16 meters and a typical range of 23 meters, it ensures consistent performance in demanding applications.

This sensor utilizes an infrared LED light source (850 nm) with pulsed signal transmission, providing stable operation even in environments with ambient light interference. A key feature is the integrated deactivation input (2 inputs), allowing flexible control and system integration.

Operating on a 10–30 V DC supply, it features a robust ABS plastic housing and IP67 protection, making it suitable for harsh industrial conditions. The compact M18 cylindrical design ensures easy installation. Ideal for conveyor systems and automation lines requiring long-range sensing.
