Leuze HT5BPP/4 Diffuse Sensor

The Leuze HT5BPP/4 Diffuse Sensor (Part No. 50151590) is engineered for precise object detection with background suppression. It offers a versatile operating range of 2 mm to 400 mm, ensuring reliable detection across different surfaces—white (up to 0.4 m), gray (0.3 m), and black (0.2 m). Featuring a Power Pinpoint LED (660 nm, red) with a focused round beam and a light spot of 5.6 mm at 100 mm, it guarantees accuracy in demanding industrial environments.

Equipped with short-circuit and polarity reversal protection, the sensor delivers safe, consistent performance. Its PNP transistor switching output, 1,000 Hz frequency, and 0.5 ms response time provide fast, dependable operation. The robust PC-ABS housing, IP67 protection rating, and ECOLAB compatibility ensure durability under harsh conditions. With c UL US approval and compliance with IEC 60947-5-2, this compact and lightweight (44 g) sensor is ideal for automation and industrial applications.
