Leuze GS63B/6D-S8 Fork Photoelectric Sensor

The Leuze GS63B/6D-S8 Fork Photoelectric Sensor (Part No.: 50128010) is a high-performance sensor designed for precise detection of non-transparent labels in industrial applications. Featuring a compact fork design with a 3 mm mouth width and 61 mm depth, this sensor is ideal for high-speed labeling tasks.

It uses an infrared LED light source (940 nm) with pulsed signal transmission to ensure accurate detection of labels with a minimum width and gap of 2 mm. The sensor responds in just 0.05 ms and switches at 10,000 Hz, making it ideal for high-speed production lines. The GS63B/6D-S8 withstands harsh environments with its durable diecast zinc housing and IP67-rated protection.

 It operates on a 10–30 V DC supply with integrated polarity reversal and short-circuit protection for added safety. Equipped with an 8-pin M8 connector, it allows for seamless integration into industrial setups. Compliant with IEC 60947-5-2 standards and approved by c UL US, this reliable sensor is perfect for applications requiring precision and durability in label detection.
