Leuze GS63B/6D.3 Fork Photoelectric Sensor

The Leuze GS63B/6D.3 Fork Photoelectric Sensor (Part No.: 50146327) is optimized for non-transparent label detection, making it ideal for high-speed labelling and packaging systems. Its robust fork design features a 3 mm mouth width and 61 mm depth, enabling reliable detection of labels and gaps as small as 2 mm.

Utilizing a 940 nm infrared LED with pulsed transmission, the sensor ensures precise and interference-resistant performance. It features a switching frequency of 10,000 Hz and a response time of just 0.05 ms, enabling ultra-fast operations. A teach input simplifies calibration and setup.

The sensor includes a push-pull transistor output, a 2,000 mm cable, and three LED indicators for operational status feedback. Its diecast zinc housing and IP67 protection ensure durability in harsh industrial environments.

Operating on 10–30 V DC and supporting up to 100 mA switching current, the GS63B/6D.3 complies with IEC 60947-5-2, making it a reliable solution for precision automation.
