The Leuze GS63B/66.3-S8 Fork Photoelectric Sensor (Part No.: 50143910) is a high-performance sensor specifically designed for the detection of non-transparent labels in industrial environments. This sensor offers a fork-shaped design with a 3 mm mouth width and 61 mm depth, ensuring reliable and precise label detection.

With dual digital switching outputs, the sensor provides versatile functionality, detecting both label gaps and the label itself. Featuring an infrared LED light source at 940 nm with pulsed signal transmission, it ensures reliable performance for labels with a minimum width and gap of 2 mm. Its high switching frequency of 10,000 Hz and response time of 0.05 ms enable seamless operation in high-speed labeling systems.

The GS63B/66.3-S8 uses an M8 4-pin male connector for quick integration and protects itself with built-in reverse polarity and short-circuit protection circuits, ensuring safe and reliable operation. Its rugged diecast zinc housing, rated IP67, provides durability in harsh industrial conditions. Operational adjustments are made simple with a teach button and a clear LED display. This sensor complies with IEC 60947-5-2 standards and carries c UL US approvals, making it an ideal choice for dynamic label detection applications in demanding industrial settings.
