The Datalogic  TLU-015 Contrast Sensor is engineered for high-speed, high-precision contrast detection in industrial automation. Operating on a 10–30 V DC power supply with reverse polarity protection, it consumes just 80 mA and offers green (526 nm), red (630 nm), or white (400–700 nm) LED options depending on the model.

Equipped with a teach-in push button and remote setting capabilities, the sensor supports up to four stored settings in cable models for flexible calibration. It features PNP/NPN output, optional analog output, and handles up to 200 mA load. With a 25 µs response time (TLµ-5xx models) and up to 20 kHz switching frequency, it ensures exceptional performance in fast-moving applications.

The Ø 3 mm light spot (TLµ-4xx/5xx) provides pinpoint accuracy. Housed in durable ZAMA alloy with an IP67 rating, it withstands harsh environments. With glass optics, shock/vibration resistance (EN60068), and options for M12 connector or shielded cable, the TLU-015 ensures reliable, long-term operation across a wide range of automation setups.
