The Omron E3FA-DN12 2M Photoelectric Sensor is a high-performance cylinder-type diffuse-reflective sensor designed for reliable object detection in industrial environments. With a sensing distance of up to 300 mm (using white paper 300 x 300 mm), it ensures accurate detection, supported by a spot size of 40 x 50 mm at maximum range. The sensor operates with a red LED light source (624 nm) and offers a differential distance of 20% max for precise performance.

Powered by a 10–30 VDC supply, the sensor consumes a maximum of 25 mA. Its NPN open collector output supports up to 100 mA with a maximum residual voltage of 3 V. Switch easily between Light-ON and Dark-ON modes, with a rapid 0.5 ms response time. Fine-tune sensitivity effortlessly using the single-turn adjustment dial for quick, precise setup.

Built to withstand challenging conditions, the E3FA-DN12 2M operates within a temperature range of -25 to 55°C and features IP67 and IP69K protection for resistance to dust, water, and high-pressure cleaning. The durable ABS case, PMMA lens, and POM adjustment knob ensure long-term reliability.
