Sick WFM50-60P321 Fork Sensor

The Sick WFM50-60P321 Fork Sensor (6037824) is a compact and highly reliable optical sensor designed for precise object detection in industrial automation systems. It features a 50 mm fork width and 60 mm fork depth, making it suitable for detecting small objects passing through the sensing gap.

The sensor uses a visible red LED light source and can detect objects as small as 0.8 mm, ensuring accurate and consistent detection performance. With a high switching frequency of 4 kHz and response time of ≤125 µs, the device performs efficiently in fast-moving production lines such as packaging, labelling, and material handling.

The PNP switching output with dark switching mode allows flexible integration with PLC and control systems. Built with a durable aluminum housing and IP67 protection, the sensor offers excellent resistance against dust and moisture, ensuring reliable operation in demanding industrial environments.
