Sick GTE6-P4211 Photoelectric Sensor

The Sick GTE6-P4211 Photoelectric Sensor (1050710) is a compact and efficient sensing solution designed for short-range detection in industrial automation. Based on the energetic sensing principle, it reliably detects objects without the need for a reflector.

Equipped with a PinPoint LED and visible red light (650 nm), it ensures precise detection with a sensing range up to 300 mm and effective range of 15–250 mm. The Ø 7 mm light spot enables accurate targeting even in confined spaces. It features a mechanical spindle adjustment (5 turns) for fine sensitivity tuning and supports PNP output with selectable light/dark switching modes.

With a fast response time (<1.25 ms) and 500 Hz switching frequency, it performs well in medium-speed applications. Its IP67-rated rugged housing ensures durability in harsh environments, making it suitable for packaging, material handling, and conveyor systems.
