The Panasonic LS-H201 Digital Laser Sensor is a high-precision sensor with a separate amplifier configuration, compatible with the LS-501 series. Its compact rectangular design and coaxial reflective technology allow for accurate detection of opaque, translucent, or transparent objects.

It supports multiple sensing modes, with ranges from 150 mm (H-SP) to 750 mm (HYPR), offering flexibility for varied applications. The sensor utilizes a Class 1 red semiconductor laser with a 660 nm wavelength and a 2 mm spot size at 300 mm, ideal for small-object detection.

Operating between -10°C to +55°C and 35–85% RH, it features IP40 protection, and withstands vibrations (10–500 Hz) and shocks (98 m/s²). A built-in orange LED enables quick status monitoring.

Constructed from durable PBT housing with a polycarbonate indicator cover and glass beam surfaces, the LS-H201 ensures reliable performance. It includes a 2 m pre-attached shielded cable and mounting bracket, weighs only 50 g, and offers simple, stable integration into automation systems.
