It can also work within a typical range of 0.02 to 6 meters. The sensor utilizes a red LED light source with a wavelength of 620 nm, falls within an exempt LED group, and requires a power supply of 10 to 30 V DC.

The Leuze PRK5/4P-M8 Photoelectric Sensor is featuring a PNP transistor switching element, the sensor supports both light switching and dark switching principles. It operates at a switching frequency of 500 Hz with a fast 1 ms response time. The readiness delay is set at 300 ms, and the sensor provides a signal output function.
