The Leuze HT3C/2N Diffuse Sensor (HT3C2N), part number 50133591, is part of Series HT3C and operates on the diffuse reflection principle with background suppression. It maintains a black-white error of less than 10% up to 220 mm, ensuring reliability across various surfaces. Operating within a range of 0.005 to 0.45 meters, it accommodates different target colors and materials.

With an LED light source emitting at 633 nm, the sensor offers a fixed focus with a focal distance of 200 mm. It operates on a supply voltage range of 10 to 30 V DC and has a switching frequency of 1,000 Hz for rapid response times. Measuring 11.4 mm x 34.2 mm x 18.3 mm, its compact design suits various industrial applications.

It employs a transistor, NPN, for switching. The switching principle includes both light switching and dark switching. With a switching frequency of 1,000 Hz, it ensures rapid response times. The response time is just 0.5 ms. Additionally, it has a readiness delay of 300 ms.
