Leuze GS63B/6D Fork Photoelectric Sensor

The Leuze GS63B/6D Fork Photoelectric Sensor (Part No.: 50128006) is engineered for precise detection of non-transparent labels, ideal for high-speed automation tasks. With a compact fork design of 3 mm width and 61 mm depth, this sensor ensures exceptional accuracy in challenging environments.

Powered by an infrared LED light source (940 nm) with pulsed signal transmission, it detects labels with a minimum width and gap of 2 mm. Its high switching frequency of 10,000 Hz and ultra-fast 0.05 ms response time make it suitable for rapid production lines. A multiturn potentiometer enables easy adjustment for optimal performance.

Built to withstand demanding conditions, the GS63B/6D features a robust diecast zinc housing with IP67 protection. The 2,000 mm cable with a 5-wire connection provides flexibility in installation. This sensor operates on a 10–30 V DC supply and includes polarity reversal and short-circuit protection for enhanced reliability.

Compliant with IEC 60947-5-2 standards and approved by c UL US, this sensor is a dependable choice for industrial applications requiring precise label detection and robust design.
