Leuze EI1058-T10S-1024H-050R Rotary Encoder

The Leuze EI1058-T10S-1024H-050R Rotary Encoder (50144343), part of the renowned EI 1xxx series, is a high-precision incremental rotary encoder engineered to deliver accurate speed, position, and motion feedback in demanding industrial automation applications. Featuring a 1,024 pulses per revolution (PPR) resolution, this encoder provides precise rotational measurement for servo drives, conveyors, packaging machines, CNC equipment, and automated production systems.

Designed with a hollow shaft and stator coupling flange, it enables quick installation while ensuring stable and reliable operation. The encoder supports HTL output signals and operates on a 5–28 V DC supply voltage, making it compatible with a wide range of PLCs, motor controllers, and industrial control systems.

With a maximum operating speed of 6,000 rpm and a 300 kHz switching frequency, it delivers accurate signal transmission even in high-speed applications. Constructed with a rugged aluminum housing and protected by an IP65 rating, the encoder offers excellent resistance to dust and water splashes. The 5 m PVC cable with an 8-wire radial connection simplifies installation, while its ability to withstand -40°C to +70°C operating temperatures ensures dependable performance in harsh industrial environments.
