The Omron E5CC-RX2ASM-800 Digital Controller offers wide power supply flexibility with models supporting 100–240 VAC and 24 VAC/VDC operation. It accepts multiple sensor inputs, including thermocouples, RTDs, infrared sensors, and analog signals, making it suitable for diverse industrial temperature control tasks.

The unit supports ON/OFF and 2-PID control with auto-tuning for stable and accurate regulation. Output options include relay, SSR-drive voltage, and linear current, each designed with protection features and long electrical life. The display uses an 11-segment digital indicator with clear PV and SV readings. Up to eight setpoints can be stored and switched through event inputs or serial communication.

Advanced features include heater burnout detection, loop burnout alarms, SP ramp, digital filters, self-tuning, and MV limiting. The controller operates reliably from -10 to 55°C and is certified for Category II, Pollution Class 2 environments, supporting robust industrial deployment.
