Omron E5CC-CX2ASM-800 Temperature Controller

The Omron E5CC-CX2ASM-800 Temperature Controller is a high-performance digital temperature controller designed for precision control in industrial heating and cooling applications. Featuring a compact DIN 48 × 48 mm design, it supports a wide range of sensor inputs including thermocouples (K, J, T, E, L, U, N, R, S, B, C/W, PLII), Pt100/JPt100 RTDs, and infrared thermo sensors.

Its advanced ON/OFF or 2-PID control with auto-tuning ensures exceptional stability and accuracy in demanding environments. Equipped with a clear 11-segment digital display, it provides excellent readability and intuitive operation using front-panel keys.

The controller delivers a reliable linear current output, making it suitable for precise industrial processes. Built for durability, it offers IP66 front-panel protection, strong resistance to vibration and shock, and a wide -10 to 55°C operating temperature range. With 20 MΩ insulation resistance and 3000 VAC dielectric strength, it ensures long-lasting safety and performance.
