The NTS WG320240D-SFK LCD Module is a high-quality monochrome panel offering a resolution of 320 × 240 pixels (QVGA), suitable for a variety of industrial and embedded systems. It features a white LED backlight and FSTN (Film Compensated Super Twisted Nematic) LCD technology, ensuring enhanced contrast and better viewing in ambient light conditions. The active area measures 115.18 × 86.38 mm, housed within a compact 142 × 96 mm outline, making it suitable for space-constrained applications.

Operating in a positive/transflective mode, the display provides a white background with blue characters, offering clear readability in both indoor and outdoor environments. The module supports a parallel interface (6800/8080 MPU compatible) and operates at a typical 5.0V power supply. Designed to endure harsh environments, it functions within a temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and can be stored between -30°C and +80°C. This makes it an ideal choice for rugged HMIs, control panels, and legacy system upgrades.

• Always turn off the power supply when you are inserting or disconnecting it from the input connector.
• Wipe off water drop immediately as it may cause discoloration or spots.
• Please handle with great care. It may broken or cracked if dropped or bumped on hard surface.
• Do not try to open or modify the module assembly.
• At the insertion or removal of the Signal Interface Connector do not rotate or tilt the Interface Connector of the TFT Module. It may damage the panel.
• Severe temperature condition may  result in different luminance, response time.
