The Mitsubishi AA065VD013 LCD Module delivers a 640×480 VGA resolution with 122 PPI, ensuring sharp and detailed visuals. Its active area of 132.48(W)×99.36(H) mm offers a compact yet effective display. The 1300 cd/m² brightness makes it ideal for outdoor or high-light environments, while the 600:1 contrast ratio enhances image clarity.

With 80° viewing angles horizontally and 60° vertically, it ensures consistent display quality from various angles. The TN, Normally White, Transmissive mode provides natural color representation.

It supports 262K colors at 40% NTSC, making it suitable for industrial and professional applications. The CMOS (1 ch, 6-bit) 31-pin connector ensures reliable signal transmission, while the 60Hz frame rate maintains smooth performance.

Powered by 3.3V, it features a dual-string WLED backlight with an impressive 100,000-hour lifespan. Its -30°C to 80°C operating range makes it highly durable in extreme conditions.
