Datalogic S100-PR-5-B10-OZ Photoelectric Sensor

The Datalogic S100-PR-5-B10-OZ Photoelectric Sensor is a compact and versatile polarized retroreflective photoelectric sensor designed for reliable object detection in industrial automation, packaging, material handling, and conveyor applications. 

Featuring NPN/PNP selectable output with IO-Link communication, the sensor enables seamless integration into modern Industry 4.0 automation systems, offering enhanced diagnostics and configuration capabilities. With a fast 1 kHz switching frequency and ultra-fast 500 µs response time, the S100-PR-5-B10-OZ is ideal for high-speed production and sorting applications.

The sensor operates on a 10–30 VDC supply voltage and includes comprehensive protection features such as short-circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, and impulsive overvoltage protection for increased reliability. Its durable ABS housing and PMMA optical head provide excellent mechanical strength, while the IP67 protection rating ensures resistance against dust and water ingress. Equipped with a 4-pin M8 connector, red LED emitter, CE and cULus approvals, and manufactured in Hungary, this miniature sensor delivers exceptional performance in demanding industrial environments.
