The BOE HM150X01-102 LCD Module 15.0-inch a-Si TFT-LCD display is a high-performance industrial-grade panel designed for demanding visualization applications. Featuring a crisp 1024(RGB)×768 XGA resolution and 350 cd/m² typical luminance, it ensures clear and bright image reproduction even in challenging lighting environments. The display supports a strong 700:1 contrast ratio, providing deep blacks and improved visual clarity. Wide 80/80/80/80 viewing angles (CR≥10) guarantee consistent image quality from any direction.

Built with an Antiglare surface (Haze 25%) and a durable 3H hard coating, the panel resists scratches and minimizes reflections for reliable outdoor or industrial use. Its TN, Normally White, Transmissive operating mode offers stable performance with fast 8 ms response time suitable for motion visuals. The interface uses an LVDS (1 ch, 6/8-bit) 20-pin connector, enabling smooth integration into embedded systems.

The panel is powered by a 3.3V supply and includes a long-life 9S3P WLED backlight rated for 50,000 hours, supported by an integrated LED driver. With an operating temperature range of 20°C to 70°C and storage range of –30°C to 80°C, it is engineered for durability across diverse industrial environments.
