Offering a nominal sensing distance of 15 mm and an assured range of 12 mm, it ensures stable performance with a temperature drift of only ±10% and hysteresis between 3–20%. Its 400 Hz switching frequency supports moderate-speed automation tasks with consistent accuracy.

Powered by a 10–30 VDC supply, the sensor features an NPN normally open (NO) output capable of switching up to 200 mA with a voltage drop below 2.5 VDC. Built-in short-circuit and reverse polarity protection actively ensure safe, continuous operation. Its robust 30 mm cylindrical brass housing, nickel-plated for corrosion resistance, pairs with a durable red PBT sensing face for longevity in harsh environments.
