The Toshiba LTM12C289 LCD Module 12.1" SVGA TFT-LCD panel is a dependable display module ideal for legacy and embedded systems. With a resolution of 800×600 and 82 PPI, it offers sufficient clarity for standard applications. Its active area measures 246×184.5 mm, with an outline dimension of 278.3×209×14 mm, making it suitable for compact installations. The panel delivers a luminance of 250 cd/m² and a contrast ratio of 250:1, sufficient for indoor use.

Viewing angles are 60° horizontally and 50° vertically (CR≥10), using TN technology in a normally white, transmissive mode. It supports 262K colors via a 6-bit Parallel RGB interface using a 30-pin connector. The display operates on 3.3V and uses dual CCFL backlights rated for 50,000 hours, though it requires an external inverter driver. Response time is 50 ms (max) for both rise and fall, acceptable for static or low-motion content. Operating temperature ranges from 0°C to 50°C, with safe storage from -20°C to 60°C.

• At the insertion or removal of the Signal Interface Connector do not rotate or tilt the Interface Connector of the TFT Module. It may damage the panel.
• Severe temperature condition may  result in different luminance, response time.
