The NEC NL6448AC30-12 LCD Module is a compact display module tailored for legacy and low-power embedded applications. Offering a resolution of 640×480 and 84 PPI, it provides basic visual clarity suitable for text-based or low-resolution graphic content. The active area spans 192×144 mm, with an overall outline dimension of 241.8×178.8×10 mm, making it lightweight and easy to integrate. With a typical luminance of 70 cd/m² and a contrast ratio of 150:1, the panel is designed for use in controlled lighting environments.

Viewing angles are 45° horizontally and 25° vertically (CR≥10), utilizing TN technology in a normally white, transmissive mode. Supporting 4096 colors at 45% NTSC, the panel connects through a 31-pin CMOS interface (1 channel, 4-bit) at a 60Hz frame rate. Operating voltage is 5V (typ.), and it features a single CCFL backlight without a built-in driver. The panel performs reliably between 0°C to 50°C, and can be safely stored between -20°C to 60°C.

• At the insertion or removal of the Signal Interface Connector do not rotate or tilt the Interface Connector of the TFT Module. It may damage the panel.
• Severe temperature condition may  result in different luminance, response time.
