The EDT EW50853FLW LCD Module is 5.7" FSTN-LCD display features a QVGA resolution of 320×240 with a pixel density of 70 PPI, providing clear and readable images, particularly in monochrome applications. The active area measures 115.17(W)×86.37(H) mm, offering a compact and efficient display size.

This display is designed for low brightness environments, with a luminance of 5 cd/m² (min.), making it suitable for use in darker or more controlled lighting conditions. The contrast ratio of 15:1 (min.) ensures a reasonable level of image clarity, though it is lower than some higher-end displays.

The viewing angle is 50° (typical), which is relatively narrow compared to other display types, making it more suited for use in specific orientations. The response time is 310/158 ms (Tr/Td), which is on the slower side, indicating it may not be ideal for high-speed video or fast-refresh applications.
