Omron E5CWL-R1P Temperature Controller
The Omron E5CWL-R1P Temperature Controller is a compact and reliable 1/16 DIN temperature control solution designed for precise thermal management in industrial applications. Powered by a wide 100–240 VAC supply, it supports stable operation even under voltage fluctuations. This controller features ON/OFF and advanced 2-PID control with auto-tuning, ensuring accurate temperature regulation and reduced process deviation.
The unit accepts a wide range of thermocouple inputs (K, J, T, R, S, etc.) and Pt100/JPt100 RTD sensors, making it highly versatile for different heating and cooling systems. A relay control output enables direct control of heaters or contactors. The 7-segment digital display with clear indicators allows easy monitoring and parameter setting via front-panel keys.
Built for industrial reliability, it offers high insulation resistance, strong dielectric strength, and excellent shock and vibration resistance. With a compact 48 × 48 mm design, the E5CWL-R1P is ideal for control panels, packaging machines, furnaces, and process automation systems.
