Its PNP open-collector transistor output, switchable between Light-ON or Dark-ON modes, offers operational flexibility, with integrated short-circuit protection ensuring safety.

The CX-422-P features an IP67 rating, protecting it from dust and water. Its PBT enclosure and acrylic components ensure durability in tough environments. Moreover, the sensor's sensitivity adjuster and automatic interference prevention function enhance adaptability and reliability.

The Panasonic CX-422-P Photoelectric Sensor withstands temperatures from -25 to +55℃ (-13 to +131℉) for operation and -30 to +70℃ (-22 to +158℉) for storage. It demonstrates high electrical and mechanical resistance, including insulation resistance of 20 MOhm or more and vibration resistance up to 10 G in X, Y, and Z directions.
