The Leuze PRK318B.W/4P-M12 Photoelectric Sensor (50116863)operates on the reflection principle and features a 90° angular optics special version, ideal for compact and space-constrained industrial applications. It offers a reliable sensing range of 0.02 to 4 m, extendable up to 5 m with a TK(S) 100×100 reflector. The sensor uses a 620 nm red LED for accurate object detection.

Equipped with a PNP transistor switching element, it supports both light and dark switching, providing operational flexibility. With a 1 ms response time and 500 Hz switching frequency, it ensures fast and precise performance in dynamic environments.

The sensor is built with durable ABS plastic housing and a plastic lens cover, rated IP67 for resistance to dust and water. It includes polarity reversal and short-circuit protection for safe operation. The 4-pin M12 male connector enables easy integration into control systems.

Operating between -40°C to 60°C, the PRK318B.W/4P-M12 is cULus certified and IEC 60947-5-2 compliant, ensuring robust and reliable industrial performance.
