The Leuze LS318B/9D-M12 Photoelectric Sensor (Model: LS318B9DM12, Part No.: 50116853) is a through beam photoelectric sensor transmitter from the 318B series, designed for reliable long-range detection up to 15 meters when paired with a compatible receiver. Operating on the through beam principle, it uses a red LED light source (620 nm) and includes a deactivation input for flexible sensor control.

This device supports 10–30 V DC power supply with low 15 mA current consumption and includes polarity reversal and short-circuit protection. A 300 ms readiness delay ensures stable startup. The M12 A-coded 4-pin male connector offers simple integration, and the ABS plastic housing (Ø18 mm × 46 mm) is rated IP67 for reliable operation in industrial environments.
