The Sick WL100-2P4439 Photoelectric Sensor (Part No. 6052362) is a compact photoelectric retro-reflective sensor designed for precision and reliability. It operates using a dual-lens system, ensuring accurate detection with a maximum sensing range of 7.2 meters and an optimal range of 0.01 to 5.5 meters. The sensor uses visible red LED light with a wavelength of 632 nm, offering a light spot size of Ø 280 mm at 4 meters.

It features a potentiometer for sensitivity adjustment and supports light/dark switching modes, selectable via a rotary switch. The device operates with a supply voltage of 10 to 30 V DC and has a low current consumption of 30 mA. With a PNP switching output, it delivers reliable performance at a switching frequency of 1,000 Hz and a response time of ≤0.5 ms.

The housing is made from durable ABS/PC/POM plastic, while the optics are constructed from PMMA, ensuring long-lasting operation. Rated at IP67, it is protected against dust and water, making it suitable for demanding environments.
