The Sick GRTB18S-P2417 Photoelectric Sensor (Part No. 1076101) is designed for reliable detection with background suppression. It provides a sensing range of 20 mm to 150 mm and a maximum sensing range of 3 mm to 300 mm. Equipped with a visible red Pinpoint LED light source, the sensor operates at a wavelength of 650 nm and delivers a precise light spot of 7 mm at 100 mm distance.

The Sick GRTB18S-P2417 Photoelectric Sensor incorporates a cylindrical design with an M18 x 1 threaded housing crafted from durable ABS plastic, while its PMMA optics ensure long-lasting performance. Its compact dimensions (18 mm x 18 mm x 38.1 mm) and axial optical axis ensure easy integration into various applications.

Operating on a supply voltage of 10 VDC to 30 VDC with a current consumption of just 30 mA, the sensor includes a PNP switching output that supports up to 100 mA. It offers a rapid response time of less than 500 µs and a switching frequency of 1,000 Hz, making it suitable for high-speed operations.
