The Panasonic PM-F45 sensor, with part number PMF45, adheres to the CE Marking Directives, ensuring compliance with EMC and RoHS standards. It offers a fixed sensing range of 6 mm, suitable for precise detection applications. The sensor can reliably detect small opaque objects measuring 0.8 × 1.2 mm or larger.
Featuring NPN open-collector transistor output, the sensor provides flexibility with two output options: Light-ON and Dark-ON. It operates within a supply voltage range of 5 to 24 V DC with a low current consumption of 15 mA or less. The response time is rapid, with under 20 μs under light received condition and 80 μs or less under light interrupted condition.
