Panasonic’s GX-F12A (UGXF12A, GXF12A) sensor boasts a max operation distance of 4.0 mm with stable sensing range of 0 to 3.3 mm. It’s designed for iron sheets measuring 20 × 20 × t 1 mm and offers hysteresis of 20% or less. The sensor operates on 12 to 24 V DC, consuming 15 mA or less. With an NPN open-collector output and an orange LED indicator, it ensures reliable performance even in harsh conditions.
This sensor is built to withstand temperatures ranging from -25 to +70 ℃, with IP68 protection against water immersion. It also offers vibration resistance up to 20 G and shock resistance up to 10,000 m/s2. The sensing range variation due to temperature or voltage fluctuations is within ±8% and ±2%, respectively. Its enclosure is made of PBT, with a polyester indicator part, ensuring durability.
