New Mitsubishi AA084VC05 ( AA084-VC05) is one of the most popular LCD Module which is mainly used in industrial and medical applications. It is a 8.4 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product, with an integral CCFL backlight system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. It’s resolution 640(RGB)×480, VGA 95PPI and contrast ratio 500:1 (Typ.) (TM) . It features an operating temperature range of -20 ~ 70°C , a storage temperature range of -20 ~ 80°C , and the maximal vibration level of 1.0G (9.8 m/s²).
